Return and exchange policy

Off course we aim to deliver you the best Veloretti experience possible. So we expect to deliver a great product to everyone who buys from our Veloretti shop. So if you encounter any problems please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Return

We provide our products with a unique 14 day –hassle free- return policy. If there are any problems or things you are not happy about please let us know by mail, facebook, phone or just pop by and we will work things out. No problem.  Please remember that the return shipping costs will not be refunded. You can’t return products that are damaged or  incomplete, as you will understand. And we only return unassembled/unused products. We try to keep you as our valued costumer as happy as possible by keeping everything as open and transparent as possible.

Warranty

Veloretti Bicycles guarantees each new bicycle against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year, Yes we know, it’s amazing.  This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts, or defective frame and is the sole remedy of the warranty. You can only use this warranty if you are the first owner and we are afraid that this warranty is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Veloretti BV. We will ask you for a proof of purchase, so keep your receipt in a safe place.

If you fall in love with your bicycle you will take it out almost everyday, therefore, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories. Please treat your Veloretti bicycle as if it is a new puppy because the warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. If you try to pimp your ride yourself we have to tell you that modification of the frame or components will void this warranty. Veloretti Bicycles is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. If you let your bicycle get fixed by someone else please note that labor charges associated with parts changeovers are not covered by the warranty. Please see our “Terms and conditions” for further details. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer. If you encounter any problem,  email, facebook or simply call us.

Action Plan

  • Email info@veloretti.com and let us know your situation.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item.
  • Upon receiving your item, Veloretti will send you a receipt certificate.
  • We will take your product in consideration for warranty and will handle your request as soon as possible so you can get back on your beloved Veloretti bicycle.
